Booking & Payment

  • A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your class date and time.

  • The remaining balance will be invoiced one week before your scheduled class, based on the final confirmed headcount.

  • Additional travel fees may apply depending on the class location and distance from downtown.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • If you’ve already paid your final invoice, cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled class are eligible for a 50% refund. This does not include the non-refundable deposit.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled class are non-refundable.

  • No-shows and same-day cancellations will not be refunded.

Rescheduling

  • Requests to reschedule are subject to availability and must be made at least 14 days in advance. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but changes are not guaranteed.

Class Details & Requirements

  • Classes are roughly 45 minutes long and are led by a certified instructor.

  • Each participant over 21 years old will receive a complimentary glass of prosecco after class.

  • Participants are responsible for ensuring they have proper workout attire and hydration.

Liability Waiver

  • By participating in a Pushups + Prosecco class, all attendees acknowledge the risks associated with physical activity.

  • Pushups & Prosecco and its instructors are not responsible for any injuries or health issues that may arise before, during, or after the class.

  • Participants are required to sign a liability waiver before class begins.

Weather & Outdoor Classes

  • In the event of inclement or extreme weather (including heat advisories), outdoor classes will be relocated indoors (if available).

Photography & Social Media

  • Pushups & Prosecco may take photos/videos during the class for promotional use.

  • If you prefer not to be included, please notify us before class.

Code of Conduct

  • We strive to create a fun and inclusive environment. Any inappropriate behavior toward instructors or other participants may result in immediate dismissal from the class without a refund.

  • Excessive intoxication before or during class may result in removal from participation.
